Purple Honey
FLAVOR PROFILE | After being harvested, the coffee is left to ferment in cherry with some sugar cane honey for 96 hours. This creates one of the most interesting cups of coffee you may ever try. The extended fermentation with the sugar creates a very acidic, winey cup that keeps you coming back sip after sip. We were reminded of chocolate covered blueberries and grape soda!
