FLAVOR PROFILE | Young Producers has a creamy body with a strong strawberry flavor that reminds us of strawberry yogurt. The bergamot shines in the acidity of this coffee, likening to a cup of Earl Grey tea, and then finishes with a beautiful red apple aftertaste. This coffee is currently replacing our Ethiopia/Light Roast slot and we promise, it will not disappoint.

MEET THE PRODUCER | Young Producers or Development Lot was created to highlight the next generation of young Colombian Farmers. The average age for a farmer in Colombia is roughly 65 years old, leaving a huge gap and question to who is going to produce coffee for the next generation.

This blend was created with many teenagers, and young adults to highlight what the next generation is capable of growing.
