HOW OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK:

DELIVERY: Your subscription will begin with your coffee being roasted the Tuesday following the date you place your order.

MONTHLY FREQUENCY: If you choose the "Monthly Subscription", your coffee will be roasted on the Tuesday after the date of your sign-up. For instance, if you signed up on the 15th, your coffee will be roasted on the following Tuesday after the 15th of every month for the duration of your subscription.

WEEKLY FREQUENCY: If you choose the "Weekly Subscription", your coffee will be roasted on the Tuesday after the date of your sign-up. For instance, if you signed up on the 15th, your coffee will be roasted on the following Tuesday after the 15th and each subsequent week.

CANCEL/UPDATE: You will be able to cancel and update your payment information yourself regarding your subscription. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to info@moraviancoffee.com and we will get your information changed.

IN-STORE PICKUP: If you would like to pick up your subscription from the shop, just select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. Once your subscription is ready, you will receive an email and be able to come anytime during shop hours and grab your coffee, just ask a barista for assistance!
